With a Bachelor’s in Health, Sport and Human Performance, a minor in Community Health, and a background in strength and conditioning, I help busy people train smarter, fuel better, and get results that actually fit their lifestyle.
I live what I teach — balancing training with real life, just like you. My approach is simple, sustainable, and built to work long-term.
